Other important things to know

VERY IMPORTANT Jonella and De Cappuccini are B&B's with no reception, and a person will come to meet you when you arrive to check you in. Therefore, it is very important that your arrival information is correct and that you don't arrive after 9 pm. Please indicate your estimated arrival time at the airport or at Termini station.

If your arrival time changes one or two days before your arrival date, please do not inform us by e-mail and only give us a call at: +39 06 6797966 or +39 3393997931

CANCELLATION POLICY

A confirmed reservation can be cancelled until 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After this point the reservation cannot be cancelled or modified without penalty. Reservations made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date cannot be cancelled.

The penalty applied is equal to the amount of the first night of your stay.

CREDIT GARD GUARANTEE

Your credit card number and expiry date will be verified using a checking sequence. Credit cards are not accepted for payment.

PAYMENT

Full payment for your stay is required at check-in.
We only accept cash payment.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

At Jonella check-in is possible between 10:30- 09:00 p.m.
At De Cappuccini check-in is possible between 10:30-06:00 p.m.
The rooms are not free until 01:00 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00 PM.

REMBER VERY IMPORTANT:

Someone will come to the pensione to meet you, it is very important that you call when you arrive in Rome (airport/station) and do not go to the B&B without calling us from the airport/station first.
